How Your Floor Covering Experience Works After Your Selection
 

1) Product is ordered (Orders take approximately 2-3 weeks. In-stock products can be installed quickly).

2) Product is inspected at our warehouse facility.

3) Scheduling department will call you for installation date and time. At this time they will go over your job with you to make  sure you are ready. Your salesperson will have noted on your purchase if your job requires additional services such as removal of old floor covering, moving of furniture, appliance and perhaps stool removal for bathroom areas.

4) Installation is completed and installer will make sure that you are satisfied with workmanship.
